Imen K. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. IMEN started their career as an English Language Teacher at the Gems Wellington Institute in 2009. IMEN then moved on to work as a Customer Service Supervisor at HY Markets from 2010 to 2015, where they were responsible for resolving customer issues and managing customer information. In 2015, Imen joined Amana Capital as a Business Analyst, where they developed solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders and facilitated meetings with users. Currently, Imen works at Equiti Group as the Global Head of Retail Sales Support (Functional Analyst), a role they have held since 2017.
IMEN K. holds a Master's degree in English Linguistics from Université du 7 novembre à Carthage. Additionally, they obtained another Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Institut Supérieur des Langues Tunis. In 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Geneva Business School. They have also obtained the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification twice from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page in the year 2021.
