Nicholas Barsha began their work experience in 2012 as a Rowing Coach at Brisbane Grammar School. Nicholas then worked as a Kitchen Assistant and Cashier at Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar in 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they served as an Assistant Manager and Sales Representative at Tru Blue Motors. In 2017, they worked as a Vacation Student at GARDA Capital Group. In 2018, they had a brief work experience at Morgans Financial Limited. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Grant Thornton Australia, first as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions and later as an Associate in Private Advisory. Currently, they are a Senior Analyst in Investment Banking at Equiteq, starting in June 2022.

Nicholas Barsha completed their Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Commerce degrees, with a focus on Accounting and Marketing, at The University of Queensland from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they also obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP. Nicholas then pursued further education, completing a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, in 2019, they achieved the Chartered Tax Advisor qualification from The Tax Institute.
