Megan MacDonald is an accomplished professional in philanthropic partnerships, currently serving as the Head of Philanthropic Partnerships at Equitech Futures since October 2021. With a strong background in development, Megan has held various positions including Development Officer and Associate Development Officer at Caltech from August 2014 to February 2021, and Associate Director of Geographic Communities at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2012 to August 2014. Earlier roles include positions at the California Institute of Technology and the University of California Press. Megan holds a Master's degree in International and Comparative Education from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
