Martina Kuvalja is a seasoned educational researcher with extensive experience in the field of assessment and evaluation. Since 2016, Martina has served as a Senior Researcher at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, focusing on impactful research for the Digital Assessment & Evaluation team and collaborating on product development processes. Previous roles include Senior Research Manager for Cambridge Assessment English, where Martina managed studies evaluating the implementation of a new English language curriculum in Malaysia, and substantial contributions to various research projects at OCR and Cambridge Assessment International Education. In addition to research, Martina has experience in teaching and supervision at various educational institutions, including serving as a faculty member at EquiTech Futures and a postgraduate supervisor in education. Martina holds a PhD and MPhil in Educational Psychology from the University of Cambridge and a degree in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Zagreb.
