Sriraj Sudhakaran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as a Product Manager for Digital Banking at Equitas Small Finance Bank since September 2022, Sriraj specializes in mobile banking, internet banking, WhatsApp banking, and VideoKYC. Previously, Sriraj held various roles at Federal Bank from October 2008 to January 2020, including Branch Manager and Manager of Digital Channels & Payments, focusing on mobile and internet banking solutions. Early career experience includes positions as a Program Manager at NeST Information Technologies Pvt Ltd and roles in retail and international banking. Sriraj holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management with a focus on Digital Banking and Internet Finance from GBSB Global Business School, an MBA in Finance from M.P. Birla Institute of Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Taxation from Mahatma Gandhi University. Additional qualifications include a CAIIB from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance and certification as a Blockchain Associate from the Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management – Kerala.
