Sathish Menon has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Sathish is currently working as the Vice President - Business HR at Equitas Small Finance Bank since December 2016. Prior to this, they worked at HDFC Bank as the Regional Manager - HR from December 2009 to December 2016.

Before joining HDFC Bank, Sathish worked at Standard Chartered Bank as the Resourcing Manager, Bangalore from October 2006 to December 2009. Sathish started their professional career as an Analyst at Alp Management Consultants from May 2005 to October 2006.

Sathish began their career as a Management Trainee at Recruitment Consulting from April 2004 to May 2005. Overall, they have gained significant experience in HR roles and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout their career.

Sathish Menon completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resources from Chennai University, from 2002 to 2004.
