Toni Faul LaBianco is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in systems analysis and technical design, currently employed at Equitable since February 2017. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at AIG, where Toni served as a Senior Business Analyst and earlier as a Business Analyst, focusing on gap analysis and documentation of system requirements to optimize IT expenditures. Toni began a career as a Business Analyst at IBM, supporting software implementation and user training for legal departments. Toni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Felician University, completed from 1982 to 1985, and has prior education at Montclair State University from 1980 to 1982.
