Shayna Strom is currently serving as the President and CEO of the Washington Center for Equitable Growth. Previously, Shayna worked as a Lecturer at The Johns Hopkins University and held various leadership roles at organizations such as ACLU and the Biden-Harris Transition Team. With a background in policy, philanthropy, and non-profits, Shayna has also been involved in research and advocacy related to civil rights and the changing nature of work. Shayna holds degrees from University of Oxford, Yale Law School, and Yale University.
