Iridane Sanchez currently serves as the Deputy Director of Finance at Equis Research, where roles have included Finance Manager and Finance Associate since April 2022. Prior experience includes the position of Deputy Director West of Data and Technology at State Voices, from August 2018 to April 2022, with responsibilities encompassing hiring and training data staff across nine states and managing vendor relationships. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Training Manager at SSRS, and Campaign Manager for Howard Watts during their campaign for Assembly District 15. Earlier, Iridane held the position of Data and Program Manager at State Voices - Silver State Voices, where training and advising partner organizations on voter contact tools were key responsibilities. Iridane Sanchez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completing the degree in 2022.
