Lauren Kolodny has a solid work history spanning over several years. Lauren started their career at Amica Mutual Insurance Co. in 2008, where they served as an Account Manager. During their time there, they managed a team of Sales and Customer Service Representatives and provided coaching on sales and service best practices. In 2011, they joined Limited Brands as a Comanager, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Bath and Body Works store. Lauren analyzed sales reports, identified strengths and opportunities, and developed sales strategies based on the data. In 2012, Lauren joined EquipNet as a Sales and Marketing Analyst, where they analyzed sales procedures and data to identify trends and gaps in execution. Lauren also developed a sales and marketing strategy based on the findings. Lauren then took on the role of Director of Marketing at EquipNet, serving in this position until February 2022. In 2022, they joined Navigare Yachting as an SEO Specialist, where they focused on search engine optimization. Most recently, they joined OneSpan in 2023 as a Web Operations Specialist.
Lauren Kolodny attended Assumption University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management. Prior to their enrollment in Assumption University, they completed their high school education at Westwood High School. In terms of additional certifications, Lauren obtained a Product Badge from monday.com in May 2023.
