Kevin Stasiewicz is an experienced finance executive currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Equipment Leasing Group of America, LLC since July 2023. Previously, Kevin held the position of Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Everywhere Wireless, where responsibilities included capital and financial management for the organization. Kevin's extensive experience also includes leadership roles such as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at TVO North America, overseeing operations for both 3,000 and 10,000 unit apartment portfolios, and Director of Asset Management at Property Markets Group. Earlier in their career, Kevin managed a $1 billion real estate portfolio as Vice President of Portfolio Management at The Balcor Company. Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lewis University.
