Michael Donahue started their work experience as a Fleet Manager at Shippers Transport in October 2007. Michael then worked as an Operations Lead at Interstate Distributor Co. from November 2009 to October 2017. In 2017, they joined Heartland Express as a Load Planner and worked there until August 2018. From June 2010, Michael served as the Technology Director at Sabin Behavioral Health, responsible for various IT-related aspects. Currently, they are working as the Director of IT and Analytics at Equipment Finders, Inc. starting from October 2018.

Michael Donahue attended Nashville State Community College from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Science. Michael also holds additional certifications including 3cx Basic Certification from 2020 and CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA A+ from August 2018.
