Rich Day is currently the Service Director at Monk JCB and has been in the Director of Product Support role at Equipment Depot since September 2013. Prior to that, Rich held the same position at Hi Way Equipment from December 2001 to September 2013. Rich has completed the Caterpillar Management Program from 1978 to 1980.
