Théophile Agresti currently serves as Head of Field Operations at Equip Sport and as COO and Co-founder at WasteFlow, both positions held since 2023. Additionally, Théophile is involved with the Nidecker Group as an Ingénieur recherche/développement since April 2022, following an internship in research and development. Previous roles include IT Help Desk Support - Coach at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, Skis R&D at blackcrows, Team Manager and Micro-controller Developer at LYF Rescue Drone, and participation in the Summit of Minds for Monthly Barometer. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Management, Technologies, and Economy from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from EPFL.
