Erik Paulsen is a seasoned professional in the subsea and marine technology industries, currently serving as Leader Subsea O&M and Principal Engineer at Equinor since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Engineer at Subsea 7 and leadership positions in business development and maritime project development at Boreal Norge AS. Erik's career at Subsea 7 commenced in June 2011, culminating as Senior Engineer. Erik holds a Master’s degree in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has furthered education at the National University of Singapore.
