Mackenzie Graham possesses extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Success Management at Equinix since August 2017, following the role of Customer Success Manager. Prior to Equinix, Mackenzie held positions as an Account Executive at XGILITY and Accelera Solutions from February 2017 to August 2015, respectively. Early career roles include Sales Associate positions at Lou Lou Boutique and Dillards, as well as Optometry Technician at Doctor Park and Associates. Mackenzie began a professional journey as Supervisor at Lansdowne Resort, dating back to May 2008. Educationally, Mackenzie earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry Cognate from the University of South Carolina between 2010 and 2014.
