Robert Martin

Customer Experience Manager (SaaS NOCaaS NaaS) at Datavalet

Robert Martin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert recently joined Datavalet Technologies in 2021 as a Customer Experience Manager, focusing on SaaS, NOCaaS, and NaaS. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, they worked at Pivotree as a Technical Account Manager, where they managed strategic accounts. In 2018, they were an Application Support Specialist at Q-nomy, Inc. specializing in providing support for their applications. From 2015 to 2017, Robert worked at Invenio Marketing Solutions as a Microsoft Technical Solutions Specialist, with a focus on cloud and infrastructure. Robert also has experience in the medical devices and software industry, having worked at XLTEK as a Technical Support Specialist from 2011 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Robert was a Technical Support & Integration Specialist at Radio-IP from 2007 to 2011, and a Technical Support Team Leader at Vircom from 2002 to 2007. Robert began their career as a Technical Analyst at Ultramar Diamond Shamrock/Valero in 1999 and also worked briefly as a Jr Programmer at Momentis in 2001.

Robert Martin attended Richelieu Valley High School from 1986 to 1989 where they obtained their GED. After high school, from 1990 to 1991, they attended Gerrard Fillion and earned an Automotive degree in Auto mechanics. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they attended CDI College and completed a Program Analyst degree.
