David Stratton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial management and construction cost consultancy. Since November 2010, David has served as the Vice President of Global Commercial Management at Equinix, where responsibilities include overseeing commercial management activities for global expansion capex projects. Prior to that, David held the position of Associate Director at Turner & Townsend from September 2001 to November 2010, providing construction cost consultancy services for various public and corporate clients in San Francisco and New York. David also worked as a Senior Commercial Manager for Turner & Townsend in Nottingham and London. David holds a Master's degree in Property Development & Construction from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Environmental Management from Keele University.
