Carlos Torres is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Capacity Engineer at Equinix since May 2022, Carlos is responsible for site inspections and monitoring critical infrastructure. Previous positions include Commercial, Residential and Hospital Electrician at Parker Young Construction, and Electrical and I&C Supervisor at CORPOELEC, where responsibilities included preventive maintenance and operational planning for power plant equipment. Carlos also held the role of Electrical Project Engineer at PDVSA Petróleos de Venezuela, overseeing project management and client relations. With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta and currently pursuing a Master's degree at Universidad del Zulia, Carlos combines academic prowess with practical expertise in the electrical engineering field.
