Rob Walker currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience and Head of Engagement & Communications at Equiniti, specifically within EQ Retirement Solutions, since May 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Commercial Director at Soup Creative from January 2020 to May 2021, and various positions at Prodo from April 2015 to January 2020, including Head of Product, Account Director, and Senior Account Manager. Rob Walker also held the title of Marketing Manager and IT & Website Coordinator at ReAgent Chemicals from August 2011 to April 2015, and worked as an Internet Officer at Flintshire County Council from June 2007 to August 2011. Rob Walker earned a BSc in Creative Media Technologies from the University of Bradford between 2003 and 2006, having completed education at Catholic High School Chester from 1995 to 2002.
