Shajan R has extensive experience in IT support and business development, currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst at Equiniti India since June 2022. Prior roles include Associate IT Helpdesk and Technical Support Engineer at Sutherland from October 2020 to May 2022, and Technical Support Engineer at CSS Corp from April 2019 to May 2020. Shajan initiated a career in business development as a Business Development Executive at FinaTel Technologies and HTC Global Services, and gained early experience as a Junior Executive in Business Analysis at Genisys Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from Kumaraguru College of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with Computers from Jairam Arts & Science College.
