Jenn Newble, MHRM, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jenn is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Equilibrium Behavioral Health & Human Services since May 2023. Prior to this, Jenn worked as an HR Advisor at Women And Drones starting from January 2020. Jenn then joined Curology in March 2020, where they held various roles including People & Culture Business Partner, Sr. People & Culture Business Partner, and Director, HRBP. Before that, Jenn worked as an HR Manager at Heartland Women's Healthcare from February 2019 to March 2020. Jenn also gained experience as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Kraft Heinz Company from June 2017 to February 2019, and as a Human Resources Generalist at MGM Healthcare from June 2016 to June 2017.

Jenn Newble, MHRM, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Webster University in 2011. Jenn then pursued a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Webster University from 2011 to 2013. Building upon their educational foundation, Jenn went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management at Capella University from 2017 to 2019.
