Melanie Weaver is an experienced Creative Account Manager at Equator Design, beginning in December 2023, and previously held the position of Director of Strategy & Category Management at Totes Isotoner from January 2023 to August 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Melanie served as Principal at MeWe Design & Development, focusing on strategic direction for apparel and consumer brands. Key roles included overseeing design at Evenflo Company, Inc., where brand repositioning led to improved market presence, and as Design Director for HEAD Sportswear USA. Additional expertise in merchandising and production was demonstrated during tenures at Sub-Urban Brands, Inc. and Girl Skateboards. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of General Studies from Indiana University Bloomington and an Associate of Arts in Fashion Design from FIDM.
