Theresa Baethke currently serves as a Senior Accountant at Equality Health since December 2020. Prior to this role, Theresa worked as a Revenue Cycle Manager at Circle the City, where Theresa played a key role as one of the founding architects of the organization's revenue cycle. Additional experience includes positions as Accounting Manager for the Western Division at Progress Residential and Staff Accountant at Home Instead Senior Care, where Theresa managed an accounting department. Theresa also owned and operated The Bottom Line, providing accounting services for various businesses. In the creative field, Theresa has been quilting since January 2008, specializing as a Quilter and Pattern Designer. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Accounting from Grand Canyon University and a B.S. in Global Business from Arizona State University.
