Sheila E. Isong is the Vice President of Programs at Equality Federation. Prior to her current role, she held positions such as Engagement Director at Giffords, National Political Director of Civic Engagement at NAACP, and Creator of Sports for the Culture. Sheila has also served as the Director of Domestic Programs at Victory Fund & Institute, Policy Manager at the Center for American Progress, and Legal and Public Policy Advocate at the National Black Justice Coalition. With a J.D. from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Sheila has a strong background in law and policy.
