Mary Carmen Arteaga is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Equality Company since May 2020, Mary Carmen previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at DigitalCredit from October 2019 to May 2020, overseeing profit and loss as well as strategic direction. From May 2011 to July 2019, Mary Carmen worked at Brightstar Corp. in multiple roles, including Director and Country Manager for Brightstar Services, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management and operational oversight of a diverse services portfolio. Additional roles include Senior Manager of Process Improvement & Compliance for the Federal Government and multiple positions at Nextel, where Mary Carmen focused on corporate quality and strategic projects.
