Kim Douglas serves as the Partnership Director at Equal Opportunity Schools since November 2022, following a notable tenure as Dean of Students at Wake County Public Schools from 2011 to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an instructor at Miller-Motte Technical College in 2011, school counselor at Hoke County High School from 2008 to 2011, and Child Protection Investigator/Social Worker III at Robeson County Department of Social Services from 2007 to 2008. Kim's career began in workforce development as Center Director/Counselor Supervisor at Workforce Development/LRCOG from 2000 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University, a PhD in Educational Psychology from Walden University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from UNC Pembroke, along with a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from Webster University.
