Alison Holder is an experienced leader in advocacy and policy development with a strong focus on women's rights and sustainable development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Equal Measures 2030 since February 2017, Alison leads a global initiative that connects data with advocacy to enhance the lives of women and girls. Previous roles include Associate Director (Interim) at Sustainable Development Solutions Network, where project management focused on sustainable development and the Sustainable Development Goals, and Interim Director of Policy, Advocacy and Programmes at Action Aid UK, overseeing significant policy work and departmental management. Alison's prior experience encompasses key positions at Oxfam, Save the Children, and a series of roles in consulting and program management. Holding a Master of Science in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science and honors degrees from Ivey Business School and Western University, Alison combines solid academic credentials with extensive professional expertise.
