Matthew Closter, Ph.D. is a seasoned professional in evaluation and consulting, currently serving as Director and Senior Consultant at Equal Measure since May 2019. With a robust background in research, Closter previously worked as a Research Associate at Rutgers University from September 2014 to May 2019, leading initiatives related to community leadership and educational pipelines. Closter's experience spans various roles, including Assistant Director of Individual Giving at the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation, where significant fundraising efforts were undertaken, and Quality Assurance and Compliance Coordinator at AFS Intercultural Programs.
