Kaitlin Cutshaw currently serves as a Staff Attorney and Pro Bono Coordinator at the Law Center for Better Housing since September 2021. In addition, Kaitlin has held the position of Equal Justice Works Fellow at both the Lawyers' Committee for Better Housing and Equal Justice Works since September 2019. Previous experience includes a role as Managing Fellow at the Center for Constitutional Democracy from August 2017 to May 2019, as well as multiple legal internships at USAID, the Public Interest Law Initiative, and the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative. Earlier in their career, Kaitlin was a teacher with Teach For America from August 2013 to June 2016. Kaitlin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, conferred in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy from The Ohio State University, earned in 2013.
