Kisha Arthur-Fontenelle possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Equal Justice USA since May 2018. Previously, Kisha held the position of Office Operations Manager at the National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions from September 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included managing office operations and the budget. Kisha also managed the Office of the CEO and led the Women’s Initiative at NPower from May 2006 to July 2013, focusing on programs to inspire young women in technology. Kisha's career began as a Junior Administrative Assistant at the Ford Foundation from June 2004 to April 2006. Kisha holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Alliance University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hunter College.
