Dee Gunia has several years of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2004, they started their career as a Receptionist and Title Typist at Express Financial Services. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at LandAmerica Lawyers Title as an EDI Tech, where they handled appraisal reports and assisted in the shipping room. In 2008, they became a Lease Administrator Assistant at Rex Energy Corporation, where they performed administrative tasks and assisted various departments. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Client Service Representative at ServiceLink, dealing with brokers and ensuring timely delivery of appraisal reports. In 2011, they joined Vandalay Appraisals/Industries as a QC Reviewer, reviewing appraisal reports and assisting appraisers. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Director of Operations at Caliente Valuations. In 2014, they became a Land Administrator at Rice Energy, and in 2017, they joined EQT Corporation as a Land Administrator. In 2019, they transitioned to the position of Land Analyst at EQT Corporation.

Dee Gunia attended ICM School of Business and Medical Careers from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration Management. In addition to their formal education, Dee Gunia has also obtained various certifications, primarily from LinkedIn, including "Establishing Evening Routines to Optimize the Day Ahead," "Insights from a College Career Coach," "Being an Effective Team Member," "Building Relationships While Working from Home," "Building Trust," "Having an Honest Career Conversation with Your Boss," "Increase Visibility to Advance Your Career," "Leading through Relationships," "Leading without Formal Authority," and "Operational Excellence Foundations." These certifications were obtained in April and May of 2021.
