Russ Perrett is a seasoned professional in customer success with a career spanning over eight years in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving in a customer success capacity at EQT Group since October 2024, Russ previously held the position of Customer Success Lead for the EMEA and APAC regions at Accelex from May 2022 to October 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Success Manager and Relationship Manager at Morningstar from June 2018 to May 2022, and working in account and client services at Gartner from September 2016 to August 2017. Prior to that, Russ was involved in customer services and operations at British Airways from May 2014 to September 2016. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brunel University of London, completed in 2015.
