Fredrik Ohlsson is an experienced professional in digital employee experience and product management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Employee Experience at EQT Group since April 2020. With nearly eleven years at Google, roles included Global Product Lead and Senior Industry Analyst in retail, alongside account management positions for the Benelux and Nordics regions. Prior experience at Basware involved roles as Service Manager and Solution Consultant, and at Nissan Nordic Europe Oy, Fredrik managed products for light commercial vehicles and trucks. Fredrik's career began at Ohlsson Business Software AB as a partner and business analyst. Fredrik holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on finance from Stockholm University and has pursued studies at Lund University.
