With over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, David previously held several senior roles at the City of Whittlesea, including Head of Technology Infrastructure and Support and Team Leader Network Operations. David possesses a strong background in IT infrastructure management, cyber security, and team leadership, having overseen significant IT initiatives and operations across multiple organizations. David's extensive experience also includes roles at Orchard Funds Management, Johnson's Services Group, IBM, and various other companies, coupled with relevant educational credentials from RMIT University in Business Management.
