Ben Seligsohn is an experienced professional in real estate acquisitions and portfolio management, currently working at EQT Exeter since June 2022 in the Acquisitions for the Office & Life Sciences Fund. Prior experience includes a role in Portfolio Management at Resource from March 2021 to June 2022 and a position as a Real Estate Analyst with EY, focusing on valuation within the Strategy and Transactions group from January 2019 to March 2021. Ben has also completed internships with EY in Fixed Asset Valuation, National Real Estate Development in development, and SSH Real Estate in building services. Ben holds two Bachelor's Degrees from Lehigh University—one in Integrated Business and Engineering with a focus in Finance, and the other in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Lower Merion High School education occurred from 2010 to 2014.
