Daniël van Melzen serves as an IT Infrastructure Engineer and Security Officer at EQOM Group since January 2021, also taking on the role of Teamlead IT Operations. Responsibilities include overseeing IT infrastructure, managing daily operations within the IT department, and leading the IT helpdesk to provide support for EDC Retail and other EQOM Group partners. Prior experience includes a tenure at EDC Retail B.V. from June 2020 to July 2023, where Daniël held the positions of Teamlead IT and IT Administrator, focusing on IT infrastructure and departmental operations, as well as facilitating the technical integration of new partners to enhance collaboration.
