Brett Rainey is currently the Chief Operations Officer at EQIS Capital Management Inc. Brett previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at Hodges Capital Management, where they oversaw the operations of a mutual fund, broker-dealer, and investment advisory firm with $1.5 billion in assets. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Enterprise Consultant at Envestnet, Inc., where they engaged with C-level executives to identify pain points and recommend investment solutions, as well as managed the conversion of 400 RIA's and 8 broker-dealers totaling $16 billion into the organization's platform. Brett also worked at Placemark Investments as the Senior Vice President, Manager Solutions and Senior Vice President, Investment Operations & Relationship Management. At Placemark Investments, they focused on converting directly managed assets of money managers into UMA Marketplace and managed all aspects of client platforms with $16+ billion in assets. Additionally, Brett served as the Vice President at JP Morgan, where they built a new business venture focused on asset manager outsourcing. Brett started their career at MFS Investment Management as the Assistant Vice President, Operations, and played a key role in the start-up of the company's business unit focused on Separately Managed Accounts. Brett's early experience includes working as the Head Trader at Chubb Securities, which was acquired by Lincoln Financial, where they oversaw all aspects of brokerage operations.

Brett Rainey holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The specific field of study during their time at the university is not provided.
