Blake Phillips has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Blake began their career in the United States Navy, serving as a Naval Flight Officer for eight years. Afterward, they joined Precision Castparts, where they held positions such as Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Sales and Engineering Director. In 2010, they became President of EQI Ltd. and later served as Chairman of the Board.
