Aram Hovakimyan has a diverse work experience in various IT and customer service roles. Aram started their career in 2008 as Deputy President of IT and Telecommunication Department at Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. Aram then worked as a Technical Support Technician at Arpinet LLC in 2012. In 2014, they held the role of Technical Help Desk at U!com and IT Manager at "Armenia Wine" Factory LLC. Aram further gained experience as a Customer Service Support Specialist at Arpinet LLC from 2015 to 2017. Aram then served as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Digital Edge Ventures for a brief period in 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Aram worked simultaneously as a Customer Service Specialist at adjarabet.am and as a SMM & IT Manager at Hetq_Online, where they planned, implemented, managed, and monitored the company's social media strategy. In 2020, they took up the role of University Lecturer at Eurasia International University and Information Technology Technician at Epygi Technologies, LLC. Aram has consistently shown expertise in IT support, customer service, and social media management throughout their career.

Aram Hovakimyan has a diverse education history. Aram obtained their Master's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Etchmiadzin Gevorgyan Theological Academy from 2000 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Etchmiadzin secondary school N11 from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued Secondary Education and Teaching. Aram also attended Yerevan musical specialized boarding school N13 from 1990 to 1997, focusing on Music.

Additionally, Aram Hovakimyan has obtained multiple certifications. These include "Make Foundation #1 - Setting up my first scenario" from Make in December 2022, "Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals" from Microsoft in October 2022, "Windows 10: Administration" from LinkedIn in September 2021, and "Introduction to Cybersecurity" from Cisco in November 2020. Aram has also obtained various other certifications from LinkedIn in different areas such as network administration, customer service, and security.
