Njabulo Makhaye is an experienced professional in skills development and leadership coaching, currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Beacons Academy since January 2022 and as a Skills Development Facilitator at Epworth Children's Home since September 2016. Makhaye has been a self-employed facilitator and trainer since August 2013, specializing in outcomes-based assessment, learning facilitation, and the development of training plans. Prior roles include Managing Director at Lethabo Ya Meaning Centred TCC from June 2019 to January 2022 and Counselor at Careline and Trauma Centre from January 2014 to October 2016. Makhaye holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
