Jennifer Hodges has a diverse work experience history. Jennifer began their career in 2003 as a Student Teacher at Burncoat High School. In 2004, they worked as an Associate Editor at LaurelTech before transitioning to the role of Project Manager at LaurelTech, a division of diacriTech, in 2005. Jennifer was later promoted to Executive Editor at the same company before leaving in 2012. From 2012 to 2013, Jennifer worked as a Senior Editor at Pearson. Jennifer then joined ePublishingPartners, Inc. (Certified WOSB) in 2013 as a Project Director, and has since become the COO, holding the position from 2018 to the present.

Jennifer Hodges attended the College of the Holy Cross from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a Teacher Certification. In addition to their degree, they obtained two certifications. In September 2014, Jennifer obtained a certification in Pre-Calculus from Coursera Verified Certificates. Jennifer also obtained a certification called "Programming for Everybody (Python)" from Coursera Verified Certificates in April 2015.
