Ruth Henry is an experienced professional in knowledge management, technical content development, and digital production, with a career spanning from May 2006 to the present. Currently serving as the Knowledge Management Team Lead at Eptura since September 2017, Ruth utilizes Agile (Scrum) methodology and has held various roles including Technical Content Developer. Previous experiences include a hybrid role at Open Office (APAC) as Training and Support, where responsibilities involved technical writing and instructional design for software used by local governments in Australia. Ruth also served as Digital Producer at Lemonade Pty Ltd and Reactive, engaging in project coordination and business analysis for web applications, as well as working on significant projects like the BIG4 Holiday Parks redesign. Ruth's expertise extends to user experience design as evidenced by roles at Technocrat and Dark Blue Sea, and communication management at Space-Time Research. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computers (Information Systems) from Monash University.
