Kashika Gulati is a counseling psychologist with extensive experience in various roles related to mental health and education. Currently employed at IWill since June 2022, Kashika previously worked at Dr. Bakshi’s Healthcare and served as a socio-emotional educator at Light Up (Emotions Matter Foundation). Kashika's background includes internships at multiple organizations, including ICHARS and the National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Amity University, a Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Delhi University. Additionally, Kashika has undergone training in CBT-RECBT and has experience in designing lesson plans and conducting workshops as a teacher.
