Stephen Gregory has over 19 years of work experience in the technology industry. Stephen began their career in 2001 as a CS Lab Assistant at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. In 2002, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Rose-Hulman Ventures. In 2005, they became a Software Engineer at Orchard Software. In 2010, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Bostech Corporation. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Senior UI Engineer at Compendium. During their time at Compendium, they were also a Principal Software Engineer. In 2014, they joined Oracle as a Software Development Manager and Principal Software Engineer. In 2018, they moved to Lessonly as a Senior Principal Site Reliability Engineer and Senior Systems Architect. In 2021, they transitioned to Seismic as a Senior Principal Site Reliability Engineer and then to Epsilon3 as a Principal Site Reliability Engineer.

Stephen Gregory earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology between 2001 and 2004.
