Saharsh Singh has a rich work experience in the field of software engineering. Saharsh is currently a Staff Software Engineer at Epsilon3 since May 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded GAINZ in March 2021. Saharsh also worked at Conversica as a Staff Software Engineer from August 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining Conversica, Saharsh held positions at Red Hat as an Architect from January 2021 to March 2021, and as a Senior Consultant from October 2018 to January 2021. Saharsh played a crucial role in designing and implementing the tech stack transition of the Inventory+ SaaS product at DealerSocket where they worked as a Software Team Lead from December 2016 to October 2018.

Previously, Saharsh was a Software Team Lead at Raytheon from January 2015 to December 2016 where they led two software teams and implemented the Agile/Scrum methodology. Saharsh also worked at Praxis Engineering as a Software Engineer from January 2013 to December 2014, where they developed and maintained software solutions for a government client, using technologies such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Grails.

Earlier in their career, Saharsh worked at Raytheon as a Software Engineer II, where they developed and maintained various J2EE applications and scripts for the US Air Force. Saharsh held this position from July 2011 to January 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer I and II from October 2008 to July 2011, supporting stakeholders with deployment and resolving application issues.

Saharsh Singh completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, which took place from 2004 to 2008. Saharsh then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Saharsh Singh has obtained several certifications. Saharsh became a Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development in January 2020. Prior to that, they achieved certifications as a Red Hat Certified Enterprise Microservices Developer, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), and Red Hat Certified Enterprise Application Developer in 2019. Furthermore, Saharsh obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2013 and the Spring Framework 3.0 certification from VMware in August 2013.
