Richard Leech has a strong background in sales and management, with extensive experience in the IT industry. Richard started their career at Sumitomo Electric Europe in 2000, where they worked as a Sales Manager until 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Sales Manager at The NETS Group / EPS. In 2007, they joined EPSGlobal as a Sales Director, a position they currently hold. In this role, Richard is responsible for managing sales operations and working with a diverse range of clients, including datacenters, MSPs, IAAS providers, ISPs, and system integrators. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated a deep understanding of the IT component and systems market and has successfully built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders.

Richard Leech attended Nottingham Trent University from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Integrated Engineering. Their field of study was specifically focused on Engineering.
