David Jilka is an experienced professional in the railway and logistics sector, currently serving as Chargé d’affaires - exploitation ferroviaire at EPSF since April 2022, where responsibilities include assisting the Ministry of Transport with safety and interoperability regulations and participating in European regulatory developments. Prior to this role, David held various leadership positions at CFL Cargo from March 2014 to March 2022, overseeing European planning and control and ensuring safety compliance across multiple networks. David's extensive background also includes project management at HYDROCONCEPT, quality, safety, and environmental responsibilities at ETF, and military engineering with the Czech Army. David holds advanced degrees in railway engineering from Delft University of Technology, industrial engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague, and supply chain management from MIT.
