Santiago Crespo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the maritime and energy sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director for Commercial Ships at ePropulsion since November 2024, Santiago also contributes as an Invited Lecturer at UPV/EHU, teaching courses on Electric and Power Electronics systems in modern ships. Previous roles include Director of the Bilbao Office at GHENOVA, Business Development Director at Pine, and Project Director at Construcciones Navales del Norte - LaNaval. Santiago held several management positions at Ingeteam, overseeing the Marine Business Unit and maintaining full P&L responsibility. An educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration from Universidad del País Vasco and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Santiago is also trained in Hydrogen Technologies from CNH2.
