David Wagstaff has over 25 years of work experience in the financial services industry. David started their career in 1994 as a Senior Manager/Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, where they worked extensively with Chief Financial Officers and in the financial function of larger complex organizations. In 1998, they moved to Wells Fargo (Previously First Union) as Vice President Enterprise Business Solutions, where they were responsible for leading high-profile projects focused on financial excellence, revenue growth, improving quality of customer service, expense and risk management. In 2001, they joined Clarity FI, LLC (Previously FI - Performance Consulting, LLC) as Director, Profitability and Business Insights, providing strategic consulting, financial management consulting and CFO advisory services. In 2005, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Action Wellness (formerly ActionAIDS), where they were part of the executive team and oversaw finances, human resources and information technology. In 2013, they joined Capaldi Reynolds & Pelosi, P.A. as Director of Operations & Director of Business Consulting Services. In 2015, they founded Alfrea Wellness, where they provided health and wellness as an employee benefit. In 2018, they joined the Board Of Directors of the American Community Gardening Association. In 2019, they became Co-Founder, Mentor, Investor & Chief Dream Maker at eprenz.com, where they are responsible for empowering innovation and social impact entrepreneurs all over the world.

David Wagstaff began their educational journey at Bullis School. David then attended Ithaca College, graduating with a BS in Economics and Management in 1986. In 1988, they enrolled in the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Finance, Accounting and New Venture Creation in 1990. In 2012, they completed a Review Course for the Certificate of Management Accounting (CMA) at Villanova University. Between 1997 and 2010, they attended Landmark for Communications. Lastly, they attended Rao Institute CPM.
